Abstract
Purpose of the research: Development and experimentation with a methodology oriented towards the students where the same to be able to acquire sports habits and to gain experience for individual warming up with field and track character.
Research contingent: We chose a class of students in 4th grade /15 boys and 10 girls/ from Seventh Secondary General Education School “Kuzman Shapkarev”, town of Blagoevgrad, who have never had special sports preparation before and have no training experience from sports sections and clubs.
We did the pedagogical experiment as we led 20 lessons that were separated into 4 stages /as each of the stages included 5 lessons/ and where each of the lessons solved concrete tasks in relation to the final purpose, as the training process was led during the preparatory part of the lessons and with duration of 15 minutes. The training of the students in connection with the individual warming up creates additional interest and desire for participation during the lessons of physical education and sports and it stimulates their desire for self-expression. The students have to acquire more knowledge about the essence, the meaning and the importance of the warming up as a compulsory element during the lessons of physical education and sports. For the purpose of increasing the effectiveness of the lesson, it is necessary different exercises to be done with different forms and content.
