       The high frequency of cardiac contractions and deeper breathing create significant fluctuations in the body, which leads to negatively affects in the results of the shooting. In practice biathlon race to improve the quality of shooting, enter in two ways: or they maintain optimum pace, or they reduce the intensity of the approach to shooting. By shooting in biathlon athletes perform exercise with more power and arrive at the shooting range with expressed functional and psychological changes, and in a series of five shots they strive for a short period of time in preparation for the shooting. Leading quality action for shooting is to find the optimal time for the implementation of shooting, as well as the optimal rhythm and pace of shooting which leads to improved speed shooting at competitors in biathlon.
