Abstract
The disclosure of systemic organization of the qualities from which depends the conditional-technical training in field hockey enables more completely characterization of the gaming capabilities of hockey players in the various stages of sports training. In the current study are included players from the national team of hockey Bulgaria aged 14-16 years. Reporting the particularities of hockey through expert analysis concludes that the advantages which have paramount importance to success in this sport are the components of speed and endurance. The test battery covers 35 indicators characterizing the main components of the conditional preparation which are related in one way or another to the technical preparation: absolute special game speed, explosive strength, strength endurance, special game speed endurance. It's what allows to determinate the most appropriate diagnostic tests and control over the leading conditional industrial qualities of the researched female players.
