Abstract

The theoretical reasoning in this paper is based on the assumption that the detection and development of sport talent is a key problem in finding relevant strategies. These strategies are crucial for constructing modern and effective vision for the processes, which support the high sport performances.
The focus in this paper is on the need to develop models for selection and orientation in amateur boxing. The models should be based on multidimensional and dynamic approaches for talent identification.
